BSCI 652 Organizational Behavior and Personal Development (4) Students learn to apply the behavioral sciences to management issues through the integration of conceptual and experiential approaches. This course provides students with increased self-awareness in order to enhance their personal and professional development. Students will reflect on their own skills and values along with learning to effectively collaborate and communicate with others in organizations. Students will develop leadership and teamwork skills that enhance interpersonal dynamics and organizational effectiveness. Students must complete BSCI 650 (Personal and Leadership Development Workshop) as a co-requisite to continue in this course. Prerequisite(s): This workshop is taken in conjunction with BSCI 651 in the Fully Employed program and BSCI 607 or BSCI 623 (MSHRFT) Personal Development for Leadership in the Full-time program.
