BSCI 698 Special Topics in Applied Behavioral Science (2-4) Students learn to apply the behavioral sciences to leadership and managing organizational change through the integration of conceptual and experiential approaches. Students will learn to ethically utilize influence and persuasion skills by building their capacity to collaborate and negotiate with others in organizations. This course will help students develop expertise in managing the interpersonal problem solving that occurs in a variety of business settings. It is designed to be relevant to a broad spectrum of problems faced by managers and leaders. This course builds upon the topics introduced in the pre-requisite core BSCI course. Prerequisite(s): Prerequisites Full-Time: BSCI 607 or BSCI 622 Part-Time: BSCI 652
