This financial modeling course is a hands-on course where students improve their understanding of financial decision-making while also improving their knowledge of Excel and other programming software. Through a series of increasingly complex models, the class explores the methodologies and practices that improve the student’s ability to build, analyze, and communicate complex financial decisions in real estate.
