FINC 671 Ethical Perspectives in Financial Analysis and Valuation (2)


This course focuses on the ethical perspectives of financial analysis for evaluating firm risk and equity valuation. This course will focus on conducting analyses and valuations with high ethical standards as set forth by the CFA Institute. Students will learn the importance of conducting competent, professional, and ethical evaluation of a firm’s value. Students will produce a quality financial report that reflects due diligence and high-level trustworthiness. The course is intended to prepare students for the CFA exam. Prerequisite(s): Full-Time- FINC 614 Corporate Finance (4)  or FINC 629 Managerial Finance (3) . Fully Employed- FINC 655 Financial Management of the Firm (4) .
