BSCI 622 Personal and Career Development for Leaders (3)

This course provides students with skills to enhance their personal and career development along with opportunities for self-directed learning. Throughout the course, students will be expected to reflect on their own skills and values along with effectively learning to work and communicate with others. Through adopting a continual learning mindset and becoming proficient in the process of skill development, students will develop the ability to lead others effectively. Topics covered include: emotional intelligence, values, goal setting, career concepts, communication, collaboration, and relationship building.
