OTMT 650B Leadership of Teams (2)

Leadership, groups, and systems are explored through theoretical and experiential approaches to developing team capacities. Topics include creating powerful teams; systems alignment; feedback; and interdependencies of personal, team, and leadership processes and systems. The class provides the foundation for designing and implementing the Education to Community (E2C) Service Project and presenting interim results. The student revisits his or her learning contract and makes appropriate modifications.
