MBAK 641 Modeling the Customer Value Chain (2)


The course explores the costs and value of acquiring, servicing, and retaining customers. Software will be used to facilitate the research and modeling of business practices. Particular attention is paid to strategic advantages flowing from building and exploiting enhanced customer information.

Student Learning Outcomes
  1. Students will demonstrate the ability to develop a complete marketing plan for an organization.
  2. Students will demonstrate an understanding of creating, delivering and effectively communicating the value of a product, be it a good or a service.
  3. Students will demonstrate an understanding of the ethical challenges involved in marketing a product.
